How do referrals work?
Make sure you're getting credit for your networks orders by ensuring your name appears in the referral dropdown list. Here's how.
Do customers need to buy a case?
No. The Wine Event currently allows customers to mix and match any bottles they would like and to there no minimum purchase required.
What shipping methods are available?
Ground shipping is included at no cost with a purchase of 12 or more bottles. Orders take a few days to get processed and shipped out by our fulfillment partner. We are seeing most California orders arrive in under a week. Orders outside California can take up to two weeks. Carrier tracking information will be emailed to the purchasers once the package is in transit with the carrier. If you have a question about a particular order please contact our customer service team.
When does The Wine Event start and end?
The Wine Event is now an “always on and active” webstore so access to TWE wines at insider pricing doesn’t “end” for you or your referrals! Different wines may sell out, and when something new and different becomes available we will be sending out email alerts, so check your inbox regularly to get first access to hot deals and limited availability wines!
How do I refer friends and family to this sale?
On The Wine Event website, simply click on “login” in the upper right hand corner of the homepage and log in to your account using your TWEGLOBAL.COM email address. In your account profile there will be a tab marked "referrals" select that tab to access referrals by email, SMS and facebook post. Learn More >
Can I see what my referrals have purchased or check to see who my past referrals are?
Due to updated compliance and data privacy requirements, the purchase history and contact information of your past and current referrals cannot be accessed via your account information. We know this information has been useful in the past to help identify which of your referrals have bought and which ones you may want to nudge, so if you have questions about a specific customer we may be able to help - please email: [email protected].
How can I track my referrals, and what are the rewards?
Every Friday a new leaderboard of all employees and their referral sales will be posted to this web page. For every $200 referred to The Wine Event employees will earn 5 Cellarbrate points that can be accessed via the Cellarbrate platform. At the end of each month the Cellarbrate points will be transferred into each employees Cellarbrate account and the counter will be reset to zero.
How do I create an account?
Simple! Click on the "log-in" link in the upper right-hand corner of the website. Create an account with your tweglobal.com email address. It will take about 24-hours after that to see your name in the drop-down list. Please email [email protected] if you are still not seeing it.
If you don't have a tweglobal.com email address, please let us know at [email protected].
Why don't I see my name in the drop-down list of referral names in Checkout?
First, try logging into treasurywineevent.com. Your name will only appear in the dropdown if you have signed into the website at least once. If you can't seem to log-in, this usually means you don't yet have an account with Wine Event. Please follow the steps above to create an account.
After logging in, wait 24 hours and check the drop-down again. If you are still not seeing your name, then please contact [email protected] and let them help troubleshoot.
